Christine Irving is ordained in two traditions: The International Fellowship of Isis and The Gnostic Church of Saint Mary Magdalene. As such she is empowered to officiate at marriages, funerals, naming ceremonies, house blessings, and other rites of passage. Her experience in working with people to hand-craft customized alternative rituals for traditional ceremonies broad and comprehensive.
Christine considers the creation of ritual a sacred trust. Her intentions to bring the personal and spiritual aspects of every element in the ceremony into harmony without compromising the truth of people’s lives or relationships. To that end she insists on personal interview with all major participants.
Christine is an experienced facilitator of women’s circles. She is a PeerSpirit Practitioner and has undergone in-depth training with Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea.
She is also a SoulCollage® facilitator willing to lead single workshops on the SoulCollage® deck and all its aspects as well as leading on-going groups wishing to create and work with their personal decks.
